At NexTools (owner: Juan Celis), your privacy is the core of the service: our tools are designed so your files never leave your device.

1. What data we handle

The files you upload (images, PDFs, videos) are processed entirely via JavaScript running in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers or to any third-party servers as part of the tools' operation.

We may collect basic technical browsing data (browser type, pages visited, approximate country) through analytics and advertising cookies, as detailed in section 3.

2. Legal basis and purpose

We process browsing data based on your consent (non-essential cookies), in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), for the purpose of improving the service and, where applicable, displaying advertising.

3. Cookies and advertising

This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage your personalized ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

4. Your rights

Under the LFPDPPP, you can exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition), as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to kingshagu@gmail.com.

5. Retention

We do not store the files you process with the tools, since they never reach our servers. Browsing data is retained according to the periods set by each cookie provider.
