NexTools is a personal project, with no registered commercial activity.
2. Purpose
NexTools offers a set of free online tools (image compression and conversion, background removal, PDF management, audio extraction and QR code generation) that run entirely in the user's browser, with no sign-up required.
3. Terms of use
Use of the tools is free and at your own responsibility. NexTools is not responsible for misuse of the content generated (for example, QR codes with unlawful content) nor for the loss of files due to browser or device failures.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site are the property of NexTools, except for the third-party libraries used, licensed as indicated in the footer of each tool (MIT, Apache-2.0, LGPL-3.0 and GPL-2.0 as applicable).
5. Advertising
This site may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense) once activated by the owner. See the privacy policy for more information on advertising cookies.
6. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the competent courts of Mexico, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
